💡 Here are some common inquiries on refunds:
- We will proceed with your refund to your Card, please be reminded that there will be a gateway refund charge of 3.4% applied (charged by stripe.com)
- Only a refund within 2 days after payment could the gateway fee be waived.
- We will add back the subscription period for the equivalent amount if a gateway fee is applied for your refund.
- We will issue a confirmation of refund status within 15 Days after we confirm your refund request.
For successful requests
The refund process will be initiated within 24 hours for all successful return/refund requests. The refund process and time frame will vary depending on the payment method used:
- Credit Card/Debit Card Online Payment
The refund will be credited to the card used within 30-60 working days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
- The proof of Cancellation subscription before renew subscription as we only accept system wise cancellation.
- If the system wise cancellation button is not working, please provide us the capture of the system error and contact our support team.
- Please provide your payment email and receipt for our checking purpose.
- Did not complete the step of cancellation the subscription

- You must go to Settings ->Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription" before renewing the subscription to deal with the cancellation 🙏
