Set up a points program for your customers to accumulate and redeem points for discounts, services, products, and more. We've launched a basic version to gauge user response and gather feedback for further enhancements.

🗺️ Streamlined Navigation: Say goodbye to excessive clicks! Our new Navigation Bar lets you effortlessly explore menus and features. Hover your cursor over the menu to swiftly navigate through various options.

🤖 Enhanced AI Assistant: Meet the revamped AI Assistant! We've improved the previous GPT assistant, resolved bugs, and relocated it to prevent auto-replies. Plus, now you can create a custom GPT bot trained on your company's data, enhancing response quality and speed.

📝 Message as Input in Flowbuilder: Empower your interactions! Set up messages that prompt customer replies, and store those responses as inputs accessible at any message flow node. Easily track and manage with stored inputs.

❌ Keep Deleted Messages: Stay informed with this feature! Choose to retain deleted messages sent by your team members. Manage this through "manage channels" and access deleted messages' actions.

🐞 Bugs and App Stability: A lot of bug fixes and system stability improvements which will continuously be improved after the launch.
