Step 1:
Click on「Notification」,and when you are at the panel click on「Shopify」

Step 2:
click on「Shopify」and then 「Confirm」

Step 3:
A webhook url will be generated, copy this webhook url.

Step 5:
Head to your Shopify admin panel and click settings

Step 6:
There will be a notification panel that you may click

Step 7:
After clicking notification, scroll down till you find the Webhook section

Step 8:
Click on「Create webhook」 ,and you will see a「Add webhook」 panel


Step 9:
Click on「Event」dropdown bar,and add the condition that you would like us to captureat the mean time select 「JSON」for the「Format」dropdown panel
Note:We only support this 6 type of condition at this moment
- checkout creation
- checkout update
- order creation
- order payment
- order cancellation
- order fulfilment

Step 10:
Paste the Webhook url from Step 4 into the URL column, at the webhook API version select「2021-01」,and click「Save webhook」

Step 11:
Here you will be able to see you have successfully attached the webhook
Note:If you would like different conditions to be captured you would have to redo Step 9 and 10 for each condition

Step 12:
Go back to Chatdaddy panel and select the language you want for your notification message

Step 13:
You may select here to check your message template

Step 14:
You could edit your message template content here

Step 15:
After checking everything you may click confirm

What are all this buttons?
「Add Default Trigger」- Used to add trigger messages templates that is made by Chatdaddy 「Add Custom Trigger」- Used to self design trigger with own message template and conditions
「Random」 - This panel is used to choose which device to send message from 「Search Order」- This is used to look for orders captured by our system
How to enable testing mode
「Enable Testing」- This is used to enable testing or send to different receiver’s phone number
here you can also set up if you want the order customer to receive the notification or the recipient to receive the notification
Condition - Used to set up the conditions that will trigger the message based on your e-commerce platform
How to delay messages
Delay - Used to delay trigged messages
Delay Type - Used to set up the condition of the delay

How to change message template
Step 1:
Hover your mouse over the Navigation Bar,hover to Shop and click「Notifications」
Click on the [3 dots option] icon next to the Notifications that you want to edit. Click [Edit]: 👇🏻
Step 2:
Look for the trigger that you would like to amend your message content, and click on the small arrow to edit.
Step 3:
Once the dropdown panel appears, look for your message flow and click the button to edit your message template
Step 4:
After editing the content wait for it to be autosaved.
