How to Add Subscription

Step 1:

Hover your cursor to the left navigation bar, then hover it to “Settings”, then click on “Billing”.

Step 2:

Click on ”Upgrade Plan”

Step 3

Select the plan that you wish to subscribe to and click ”Continue to payment”.

Note:(If there is already a plan selected, click on deselect plan to reset the selection)

Step 4: Read and accept the terms and conditions.

Step 5:

Fill in your card information and click on “Subscribe”. You can also Add Promotion Code if you have.

Step 1:

To select a plan, click on your preferred plan Solution Plan, Bundle Plan, and API Plan.

Step 2:

Choose your preferred subscription, and then click on “Change Plan” and if you want to cancel your selection click “Deselect Plan”.

Step 3:

After selecting your Plan you can click “Add-ons” if you want and then click on “Continue to payment".

Step 4:

Input your card details and then click on “Subscribe”.

Step 1:

Go to “Settings” and click “Billing”. Then click on “Upgrade Plan”.

Step 2:

To add on phone and seat, scroll to “Add ons” and then click on your preferred add ons.

Step 1:

Go to “Settings” and click “Billing”. Then click on “Upgrade Plan”.

Step 2:

Click on “Need discount?”

Step 3:

After the previous step, you will be redirected to another page. Click on “Continue to Chat”.

Step 1:

Go to “Settings” and click “Billing”. Then click on “Upgrade Plan”.

Step 2:

Click on “Apply Coupon”.

Step 3:

Input your coupon code, and then click on “Continue to Payment”.

Step 1:

Go to “Settings” and click “Billing”. Then click on “Upgrade Plan”.

Step 2:

Click on “Continue to Payment”.

Step 3:

You will see the total amount to be paid here:

Step 1:

Go to “Settings” and click “Billing”. Then click on “Upgrade Plan”.

Step 2:

Check on the description of each plan for you to be able to compare each plan. Also scroll down to compare the difference of each plan features.
