How to add tag on Inbox page

Submit a Ticket

Step 1:

Go to「Inbox」and click on the chat box that you would like to tag

Step 2:

To access the contact information, click on the dropdown panel and select "contact info.”

Step 3:

Click on the「+Add Tags」or 「+Add More」button and a dropdown panel will appear, you may search and choose existing tag

Step 4:

Alternatively, you may directly type and create a new tag

Step 5:

You may use the same way and tag the chat box with more than one tag
