How to add tags in bulk with CSV
- You can access the contact module here:
2. To import contacts with tags into ChatDaddy, click on "Import" and download the CSV template.
3. To add multiple tags to a contact, enter your tag’s title in the new column. Once you have finished editing, save the file as a "CSV" type. Please note that we only accept CSV files for contact import.
- Then, upload your CSV file.
- Once you have finished editing the CSV file, go to the Chatdaddy contacts module and import the file by clicking on "Upload (or Paste) CSV".
