How to chat directly with a contact

Step 1: Hover your cursor over the left Navigation Bar, hover over to “Automation” and click on ”Broadcasts”.

Step 2: Click on this date and time

Step 3:

Click on “View list”.

Step 4:

Click on “View Messages in Chat” just below the contact number that you wanted to contact directly.
