How to Create an Advanced Message Flow-builder
Use Case: Users will be able to build an advanced message flow in the builder itself to create better interactive messaging with customers. Step1: On ChatDaddy’s page, click on the arrow icon beside in “Automation”, and then select “Message Flows”. Then click to open an existing or new message flow.

Step 2:
Click on “Starting Step”, then type in the message.

Step 3.
Click on “Add Button”.

Step 4:
Input the button title. Then select the next message that you want it to appear when the button is pressed. Click [Save] to continue.

WHEN THIS BUTTON IS PRESSED:
- Input your website address in the space provided then click on “Save”.
- Use Case: This will redirect your customer to a website upon clicking the button. Note: This function is only available for WABA users. For normal WhatsApp or business account, this button is not available.

- Input your phone number in the space provided then click on “Save”.
- Use Case: This will redirect your customer to a phone number upon clicking the button. Note: This function is only available for WABA users. For normal WhatsApp or business account, this button is not available.

- A new node that is connected to the existing message in your flow will automatically pop up.
- Use Case: This will redirect your customer to a new message upon clicking on the button.


- If you have a floating message or an unconnected node within the flow, you can use this function. This will help connect the unconnected node to the existing message in your flow.
- Use Case: This will redirect your customer to the existing message upon clicking on the button.


- This redirect your customers to another existing message flows.

How to Adjust the alignment of the message flows in the builder itself (Auto Format Settings)
Step 1:
Click on the paint 🎨 icon button in the upper right side.

Step 2:
Adjust the “Alignment” of the flows by dragging the slider to Left/Right.

Step 3:
Click on the “auto format” button to make changes.
