How to Edit/Delete Keyword Reply

Step 1: Hover your cursor to the left navigation bar, then hover it to “Automation”, then click on “Keyword”.

Step 2:

Click the “Search Bar” and search the keyword for which you have to edit/delete keyword reply.

Step 3:

Click on the three dots at extreme right of the selected Keyword.

Step4 :

It will automatically appear the “Edit” or “Delete” and click to edit/delete keyword reply.
