How to Find Message Flows in a Category

Use case: Users will be able to view message flows that are stored inside a Category on their ChatDaddy.

Step 1: Hover your cursor to the left navigation bar, then hover it to “Automation”, then click on “Message Flows”.

Step 2: Click on the [Filter] feature to expand the Category listing.

Step 3: Once clicked, users will be able to enter the Category’s name to search. Then, you are allowed to click and choose the found results.
