How to Manage Orders from Inbox
Step 1:
Open Chatdaddy’s page, Go to [Inbox] and click “Inbox”.

Step 2:
Click on a customer's chat window and select a specific chat.

Step 3:
To access the contact information, click on the dropdown panel and select "contact info.”

Step 4:
Click on “Orders” to expand. A drop-down menu will automatically appear and you can filter the [Payment Status] and [Order Status]

Step 5:
You can monitor the “Payment Status” by selecting Unpaid, Paid, Refund, Pending, Authorized and Cancelled.

Step 6:
You can monitor the “Order Status” by selecting Pending, Cancelled, Confirmed and Completed.

Additionally, you can view the order status, number and details under this section. Note: You can also view this information from Shop > Notifications
