How to Mark All “Unread” Messages as “Read” in ChatDaddy

Use Case: The inbox has many unread messages that the user wants to mark as read with just a few clicks.

Step 1:

On ChatDaddy’s page, click on “Inbox”.

Step 2: Hover your mouse 🖱️ to the small box at the contact profile’s icon, and tick ✅ the box.

Step 3:

Tick the Box to select all unread messages that you want to mark as read:

Step 4:

Click on “Bulk Actions” then click “Mark Chats Read”.
