How to Perform Bulk Actions on Multiple Message Flows

Use Case: Users can select multiple existing message flows in their ChatDaddy and perform bulk actions on them such as: Delete, Move to folder, and Export All. Step 1: On ChatDaddy’s page, click on the arrow icon beside “Inbox”, and then select “Message Flows”.

Step 2: Select multiple message flows to perform bulk actions on by ticking ✅ box

Step 3: Click the button Bulk Actions.

Step 4: Users will have the options to [Change Category], [Export All] and [Delete]:

Change Category Click on the button [Delete] to delete selected message flows: 👇🏻

Click on the drop-down button, then select the existing category that you wish to store the message flows into: 👇🏻

Export All

Click on [Export All]: 👇🏻

After it's done loading, a window will pop up, and users may store and save the message flows on their own computer.

Delete Click on the button [Delete] to delete selected message flows: 👇🏻
