How to Search for a Keyword Reply Activity

Step 1: Hover your cursor on the left navigation bar, then hover it to “Automation”, then click on “Keyword Reply”.

Step 2:

Search the Keyword for which you want to see keyword reply details.

Step 3 :

Click on the “Message Condition” column for the selected Keyword.

Step 4:

Input a particular Phone no. in the search bar to see its activity record.

Step 5:

From the results, you can see that the keyword reply was triggered for that Particular Phone No.
