How to Set Up Whatsapp Shop

Hover your cursor over the Navigation Bar, hover over to Shop and click on ”Notification”.

When you are at the panel click on ”+New Notifications”.

Click "Whatsapp Shop"

Select a default country code and click Save

Add Custom Trigger

Here you can add your custom made message template

Select condition (Order Status, Payment Status, Delivery Status) then input Rule and Values.

Notification Limit Settings - The maximum amount of times you wish for this trigger to fire. Leave unset to have no limit

Notification Delay Settings - How long after the event is fired do you want to wait before sending your message flow (used to delay triggered message)

Delay Type - Used to set up the condition of the delay

After done checking for the trigger you may click Save.
