How to Test Message Flow in ChatDaddy

Use Case: Users will be able to test certain message flow in their team to a specific channel. Step 1: On ChatDaddy’s page, click on the arrow icon beside in “Automation”, and then select “Message Flows”.

Step 2: Search for the specific message flow that you’d like to test.

Step 3: Click on the specific message flow and click “Test” in the upper left.

Step 4: Select the phone number to receive the test message and then click the “Select Channel” for the number/channel to deliver the message from and click the “Test”.
