How to use ChatDaddy GPT

Step 1:

Go to “Inbox”, and select a message/chat that you want to read.

Click the “ChatDaddy AI” to enable the chatbot to suggest a reply.

Step 2:

ChatDaddy AI will provide suggestions for replying to your customers' inquiries. You can click “Edit” or “Send” if you want to use the suggested reply.

Edit - If you click “Edit”, the suggested reply will appear in the text box as draft message. Send - If you click “Send” it will send the suggested reply directly to your customer.

Step 3:

If you don't like the suggestion, simply click on the "Regenerate Response" icon button and ChatDaddy AI will generate new suggestions for you.

Step 4:

You can click on the link below Sources to open the sources that generates this suggested reply.

Step 5:

You can click on CD Assistant and it will redirect you to the AI Chatbot page. You can train your chatbot or adjust settings from there.

Step 1:

Go to ChatDaddy’s page, open “Inbox”, and select a message/chat that you want to read. Move your mouse beside the chat message and then click the arrow icon.

Step 2:

A drop-down menu will appear and click “Clarify” option.

Step 3:

Once clicked, our ChatDaddy AI will help clarify the sentences into english (default), making it easier to understand the meaning.

To close the suggested reply window, user just need to click on “ChatDaddy AI” again.

To disable auto suggest replies, please ensure it is unticked under the Inbox Settings.
