How to View Message In Chat

Step 1: Hover your cursor over the Navigation Bar, hover over to Automation and click on ”Broadcasts”.

Step 2: Click on this date and time:

Step 3:

Click on “View list”.

Step 4:

Click on “View Message in Chat”.

You can use this feature if you wanted to send direct message to a certain contact.
