How to create a payment request in ChatDaddy

Use Case: Users can create a payment request to their customers by selecting the integrated payment gateway in Shop.ChatDaddy.

Step 1:

On ChatDaddy dashboard, click on [Inbox], then click on [Inbox]:

Step 2:

On the chatbox, click on [WhatsApp Pay] button:

After clicking it, it will show this:

Step 3:

Input the total amount that your customer need to pay for their purchase from your shop:

You may change the currency by click here and select the [Currency]:

Note: Users can choose to edit, choose, or change the message template for the payment but do ignore it if you do not intend to edit/change it as the system has automatically created and selected the Payment Message Flow.

To edit/change the Payment Message flow, click the 🔽 button here:

Step 4: Select the Payment Gateway that is available after you have installed the payment gateway integration:

Step 5:

After all is done, click the [Send] button:

Customers can make payments by clicking/downloading the QR code image.
