How to install Shopee

Step 1：

Log in backend of your shop store

Step 2:

Go to Settings, click 'Shop Settings', then find 'Basic Settings' and find 'Protect your account now by verifying suspicious activity'

Click to turn off

Enter your credentials

Shopee login username (email)

Shopeelogin password

Notice: If you change your Shopee username and password later, you'll need to integrate again

Select the language you want for your notification message

You may click here to check your message template

You could edit your message template content here

After checking everything you may click confirm

Integration successfully installed!

「Add Default Trigger」- Used to add trigger messages templates that is made by Chatdaddy 「Add Custom Trigger」- Used to self design trigger with own message template and conditions

「Random」 - This panel is used to choose which device to send message from 「Search Order」- This is used to look for orders captured by our system

「Enable Testing」- This is used to enable testing or send to different receiver’s phone number

here you can also set up if you want the order customer to receive the notification or the recipient to receive the notification

Condition - Used to set up the conditions that will trigger the message based on your e-commerce platform

Delay - Used to delay trigged messages

Delay Type - Used to set up the condition of the delay

Step 1:

Sign in to ChatDaddy，click「notification」， and then click on your integration

Click [Edit]: 👇🏻

Step 2:

Look for the trigger that you would like to amend your message content, and click on the small arrow on the right side of the screen

Step 3:

Once the dropdown panel appears, look for your message template and click the pencil edit button to edit your message template

Step 4:

After editing the content you can click「Save」and it will work.
