How to Check Notification Order History in Chat

Step 1:

Open Chatdaddy’s [Inbox]

Step 2:

Click on a customer's chat window.

Step 3:

At the right-side corner click [Orders]

Step 4:

There will be a drop-down menu. And you can filter the [Payment Status] and [Order Status]
