How to Import and Export Message Flow
Q1: How to import Message Flow
Click“Import”to upload .yaml file
.yaml is a special format, so actually, we cannot generate this file manually, then what's it for?
- Imagine you have 2 ChatDaddy accounts, and you created 10 flows in account 1, then you wanted to transfer those flows to another account 2. So you can export those flows from account 1 into a .yaml file and then import them to account 2.
- In the below screenshot, you can find a button called "Import" beside in Template Library. Later ChatDaddy teammates will organize flows different industries need to use, generate a .yaml file and then upload it to this library. Thus you can download and upload it to your own account.
Q2:How to export Message Flow
Tick✅in the box the you want to export, and then you'll see the Export button showing beside Import, click “Export All “.
Note: No matter 1 or multiple flows you export, you'll get only one file at a time. For example, if you exported 3 flows at a time, you get 1 .yaml file, then you uploaded to another account, and still, you'll get 3 flows.
Congratulations!🥳
