How to Mark Single Chat as Read and Unread

When user enabled incognito mode, this will allow user to click into an unread message without changing its status.
When incognito mode is disabled:
- Chat will be automatically mark as read when clicked into an unread message.
- To mark a chat as unread, user can right click on a specific chat from the sidebar and click “Mark Chat as Unread”.
Alternatively can click into a chat, then click the arrow icon at top right corner, find the option from the drop down menu.
When incognito mode is enabled:
- Unread chat status will remain unread when it is opened.
- User cannot mark the chat as read directly, to do so user need to disable incognito mode.
- Alternatively, user can select the chat and use bulk action to mark chats read.
