How to Message Customer

Use Case: Users will be able to message customer from shop order. Step 1: On the ChatDaddy homepage, click on the “Shop” option and go to “Orders”: 👇🏻

Step 2:

Click on the “Message” in the line of order or the customer you want to message: 👇🏻

Step 3:

You will be directed to you and your customer’s room chat: 👇🏻
