How to Perform Additional Actions on Notification List

Use Case: Users will be able to Perform Additional Actions on Notification List (Relogin, Edit, Delete)

Step 1: On the ChatDaddy homepage, click on the “Shop” option then “Notification” : 👇🏻

Step 2:

Click on “3 dots” on the right hand side to do more action: 👇🏻

RELOGIN :

Use case: need to reconnect your online store/form with Chatdaddy

Step 1 :

Click on relogin: 👇🏻

Step 2:

Fill in all information and click save after filled in :👇🏻

EDIT

Use Case : to edit the integrated notification setting.

Step 1:

Click on edit

Step 2:

Edit the existing triggered and condition: 👇🏻

Step 3:

After done everything, can click save to save the setting: 👇🏻

DELETE

Use case : to delete integration.

Step 1:

Click on “Delete”

Step 2:

You can click on “Yes, do it” to confirm
