How to Reconnect Your Phone in ChatDaddy

Use Case: Users will be able to reconnect in ChatDaddy by rescanning the QR code or relink with phone number.

Step 1:

On ChatDaddy’s page, click on the top right corner, then click on “Manage Channels”.

Step 2:

Find the inactive channel and click on “Scan QR” button.

Step 3:

There are two method to reconnect:

Step 1: On ChatDaddy’s page, click on the top right corner, then click on “Manage Channels”.

Step 2:

Click “Disconnect”.

Note: Disconnecting will disconnect the connection between your Whatsapp and ChatDaddy

Step 3:

Click “Connect” to reconnect your WhatsApp again.
