How to Replace Phone Number Connected to a ChatDaddy Channel

User Story:

Sometimes, after scanning the QR code of ChatDaddy with A1 phone, users want to switch to A2 phone due to change of phone number.

Step 1:

Click on the top right part of your ChatDaddy screen, then click on “Manage Channels”.

Step 2:

Click "Scan QR” or “Disconnect” button.

This is going to disconnecting the current A1 phone’s WhatsApp with ChatDaddy.

Step 3:

Scan your new phone’s QR code

Or alternatively, you may link with Phone Number:

1. Click on “Link with Phone Number”.

Type in your phone number, then click on “Next”.

Enter the code provided on WhatsApp on your phone.

Note:

ChatDaddy syncs chats and contacts from the connected phone. After doing this, the chats and contacts of A1 will not appear on the ChatDaddy as they have been replaced, only the chats and contacts of A2 will appear.
