How to Reset Password in ChatDaddy

Use Case: Users will be able to reset their forgotten/lost password in ChatDaddy.

Step 1: Go to ChatDaddy https://app.chatdaddy.tech click on “Login” and click on the [Forgot Password?]: 👇🏻

Step 2: Enter the phone number associated with your account then input your New password and Confirm password.

Important Note: Passwords must have 8 - 64 characters with at least 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, and 1 numeric character. Step 3: Click on [Reset Password], and an OTP (One Time Pin) will be sent to your phone number associated with your ChatDaddy account. Go back to the [Login] page on ChatDaddy and log in with the new password: 👇🏻
