How to separate contacts in ChatDaddy into a few batches to do Broadcast

Step 1: Go to CRM-> contact, select all contacts

Step 2: Click "bulk action", click export all

Step 3: Open the download file in Google Sheets. Edit the tag column to different batches.

Step 4:

Download as "CSV file”

Step 5:

Go back to ChatDaddy Contact Reimport it, click on ‘Preview’

Step 6:

The contacts will override with new tagging. Remember to click on ‘Add Contacts’.

Step 7:

When you do broadcast you can select different tags to broadcast.
