How to set custom field in CSV file to Broadcast

Step 1: Please go to “CRM ”, “Contact” and Click Import CSV

Step 2: Can click “Download Template Here” to use the default CSV template

Step 3: can add the “custom field” you want in the CSV template

Step 4: Need to reimport with the edited CSV file and select the column for custom field

Step 5: then you can create a message template with custom field and send to your customers.

Hi {{name}}, May i know your order color is {{color}}? * Please noted: your messages variable text need to be the same with the custom field column in CSV
