How to Use Inbox Filter

Step 1:

Open Chatdaddy’s [Inbox]

Step 2:

Click [Filter Options] and a drop-down menu will appear

👉🏼All unread messages will appear after clicking [Unread].

👉🏼All mentions will appear after clicking [@Mentions]

👉🏼After clicking [Unsolved Notes], all unsolved notes will be displayed.

👉🏼All of the group chat conversations will appear when you select [Groups].

👉🏼All individual chat will visible when you select [Individual].

👉🏼All of the archived messages will appear after clicking [Archived].

👉🏼To see the messages in the queue, select [Message Queue].

👉🏼All messages to which you have not responded will be displayed when you click [Chats Not Replied].

👉🏼Clicking [Failed Messages] will display all messages that were unable to be sent.
