When upload CSV file to broadcast, why is there an error?
If an error occur when upload CSV file to broadcast, here are steps to troubleshoot:
- Maximum broadcast contacts limit is 5000. If exceeded there will be an error.
- Check if the CSV template uploaded contains invalid format data (name of the columns and phone number format are common mistakes).
