How to go to the client’s chat inbox in the Orders Page
Step 1: Go to [Dashboard] in ChatDaddy, click on {Shop}, then click [Orders]
Step 2: On the right side of the screen, users will be able to see the [Message] button:
Step 3: Click on any of the [Message] buttons that you wish to go into the client’s chat inbox:
Once the user has clicked one of the [MEsasge] buttons, the page will be redirected to the inbox chat:
