How to upload products with CSV file

Step 1:

Go to the ChatDaddy dashboard, click on [Shop], and then [Product]

Step 2: Click on [Import], then click on [Import With CSV]

Step 3: Select the [Channels to import to ChatDaddy]:

Note: User can either selec the CSV file they have created or download the template from Chatdaddy by click [Download Template Here]:

Step 4:

After you have uploaded/selected the CSV product file, click on [Import]:-

Step 5:

You’ll be able to see the uploaded products from the CSV file on the products page itself:
