Team Hierarchy | Access Rights Explained

In ChatDaddy’s page, Go to Settings. You’ll find “Team”

For example: User uses ianbernie to log in ChatDaddy, ianbernie's team is this user's team

ianbernie can invite coworkers to his team, you can refer to Inbox - How to Invite Team Members to Join your ChatDaddy Account

In ChatDaddy, Channel means the WhatsApp you linked in your ChatDaddy account. For Example: In the below screenshot, user is able to manage multiple channels (connect addition WhatsApp number) in one account (team).

In ChatDaddy, a user is a member you invite in your ChatDaddy account to manage and reply to your inbox together (a shared multi-person customer service system) and it includes the Team Info.
