Noted: Refund situation
1. Our return policy states that if the customer does not need to continue the subscription, you must go to Setting->Billing, click "Cancel Subscription" before renewing the subscription to deal with the cancellation 🙏 If the user did not complete this step and system renew subscription automatically, they will not entitled for the refund policy. 2. We do not provide Cash refund, we can help by: - Freeze your account credits for future use (you can use this credit to subscribe to ChatDaddy plans for the next 5 years) or, - Transfer ownership of account Please contact our customer service to assist if the “Cancel subscription” button is not working,Thank you.

and "delete" the subscription
