Why do I need to enable “Send button messages as a Poll” in my channel?

1. This is because WhatsApp has added restrictions in which only button messages sent by WABA accounts can be 100% sent and received at the moment.

2. If you are a normal WhatsApp /WhatsApp Business user, you can still send button messages, but some customers will not receive the message (which means not 100% sent and received)

3. To address this issue, users need to enable "Send Button Messages as a Poll" in the channel settings to send out messages with buttons as a poll to their recipients.
