How to import bulk contacts

Step 1:

Open demo https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10BjeuqWR4g23W9UfjaIHCzlyCMvkAxHUnR63Nr-NOx0/edit?usp=sharing

Step 2:

In demo, put names in list 'name', put phone number in list 'phone'(Note: country code must be added - e.g. 85268019530), input tag in the list 'tag'(for example: VIP)

Step 3:

Covert the file format

Choose 'Format', then 'Number', then 'Plain Text'

Step 4:

Save the file as csv

Choose 'File', then 'Download', then 'Comma-separated values (csv.)'(video tutorial: https://www.loom.com/share/e2358b157a4b42108ffe50cc848076d0)

Step 5:

Upload the csv to ChatDaddy. On Audience page, click '+' at the top right corner, then click 'Import CSV'

Step 6:

Click 'Upload', then click 'Import'
