How to auto-assign new chats in ChatDaddy

Use Case：

To auto-assign new chats to team members in ChatDaddy.

Step 1: On ChatDaddy click on [Profile]:

Step 2: Click [Manage Channels]:

Step 3: Click on the drop-down 🔻 menu button to show [Advance Options]:

Step 4:

Click on the [Open] bar and it will drop down 🔻 a few options for users to select Auto-Assign new chats to [Only Outgoing Chats], [Only Incoming Chat] and [All Chats]:
