How to Check Note History

Step 1:

Open Chatdaddy’s [Inbox]

Step 2:

Click a chat conversation to check note history

Step 3:

Click [Notes] in the bottom right corner to bring up a drop-down menu.

Step 4:

You can check the tiny box, jot down remarks, and remove them.
