How to invite a team member ❓
User case:
If you have three shops, three teams, and now the A1 agent is already in team A, but you want to add A1 also to team B, then you can refer to this tutorial
Steps Guide ｜ 具體操作
Step 1:
- On the dashboard, click on inbox,「Invite Teammate」
- Select your team member’s role and click 「Generate Link」
- copy the generated URL and click 「Got It」 to close the panel
Step 2:
Go to your team member’s chat and send the generated URL
📒Note: You will need to ask your team members to register first using the link, and they will see the team invitation
Step 3:
Once your team member clicks the link they will be able to choose「Yes」or「No」
Step 4:
After accepting the request, you may click on「Switch Team」to access your team’s inbox
