💡 How to use
ChatDaddy GPT Suggestion
Step 1: Login your ChatDaddy account
Step 2: Open “Inbox”, you can randomly click into a Chat and click this button to enable “AI suggestion”
Step 3: Once you have enabled the "AI suggestion," click on the text box. ChatDaddy AI will analyse your customer's messages and provide detailed insights to help you respond more accurately.
Step 4: ChatDaddy AI will provide suggestions for replying to your customers' inquiries. You can simply click on the option you like and edit it if you want.
- If you don't like the suggestion, simply click on the "refresh" button and Chatdaddy AI will generate new suggestions for you.
Step 5: Click "send" to deliver your messages to customers after editing.
ChatDaddy AI Clarifying
Step 1: Login your ChatDaddy account
Step 2: Move your mouse beside the chat and a "🔎 Clarifying meaning using AI" option will appear.
Step 3: Once clicked, our ChatDaddy AI will help clarify the sentences into simpler language, making it easier to understand the meaning.

❗Limitations of ChatDaddy GPT Now
- Default Reply Language
The language of the AI cannot be set up. Instead, it will follow the client's language and generate suggestions accordingly.
- The chat must be last replied by customer to trigger ChatDaddy AI
ChatDaddy AI will only provide AI suggestions if the customer was the last to reply in the chat.
For example, if the most recent message was sent by you, the AI will not provide any suggestions.
- The chat must have at least one message in order to trigger the AI suggestion.
- Option selection
The option selection will be based on AI suggestions. Sometimes, there will be only one option, while other times there will be multiple options to choose from.
