How to Select Channel to View Inbox

Step 1:

In the left-hand navigation bar, click [Inbox].

Step 2:

After you click [Inbox], in the top left corner, click [Channels].

Step 3:

A list of [Channels] will show up

Step 4:

Tick the box for the preferred channel.
