How to use quick reply [/]

Use Case: Users will be able to use quick reply [/] to send/reply to messages on ChatDaddy.

Step 1:

Click "Inbox" and then click on any conversation.

Step 2:

a. In the information input box, enter "/" to bring up the message template list, scroll up and down to find the message template you want to use, and then click to select.

b. Alternatively, you can also directly enter "/keyword" to quickly filter out the corresponding template, for example "/broadcast", to filter out the message template with "broadcast" in the name.

You can also click the pencil icon to open the message template editor, edit the template, and then click save to complete the editing.

Change your content, then click "Save".

Create Information Templates:

You can also click "Create New" on the Information Template list to open the Information Template editor, enter the template name and content, and then click save to complete the creation.

Add your content, then click "Save".
