How to View Which Triggers Triggered the Notification

Step 1: On the ChatDaddy homepage, click on the “Shop” > “Notification” > nickname of the integration you would like to check : 👇🏻

Step 2:

You can either search the order id or check on the triggered notification list: 👇🏻

Step 3:

Click on “highlight trigger” and the triggered of the notification will change to yellow, so you can know which trigger triggered this notification to your client: 👇🏻
