WhatsApp Web is not open (WhatsApp web and ChatDaddy cannot be used at the same time)
Step 1:
Wait for five minutes, if there is no improvement after five minutes, please continue down
Step 2:
Click the "Refresh" button in the upper left corner of the page or press "F5" on the keyboard to refresh the page
If this doesn't solve your problem, please continue down
Step 3:
Please check if WhatsApp on your phone can send and receive messages normally, if so, please continue down
Step 4:
Please make sure you and the people in your group are not using WhatsApp web with your group WhatsApp mobile number, because WhatsApp web and ChatDaddy cannot be used at the same time
Step 5:
Download the latest version of WhatsApp from the App Store and install it
If this doesn't solve your problem, please continue down
Step 6:
1)Click the "Manage Channels" button in the upper right corner:
2)Click "Disconnect"
Note: Disconnect refers to disconnecting the mobile phone WhatsApp and ChatDaddy
3)Click "Connect" to re-establish the connection
