About: The Dashboard in ChatDaddy is basically a section in 「CRM」on ChatDaddy where users can view the analytics of their performance 「Daily」,「Weekly」and「Monthly」
- On the ChatDaddy dashboard, click 「CRM」
- Click 「Dashboard」
3: Click on the 「👁️」 button and you’ll be able to view the data of all team members that are in the channel-
- To view the data at different times, click 「Daily」「Weekly」「Monthly」

Message Sent: Messages that are sent to contacts.
New Connections: Whenever a new person is contacted or somebody contacts you by WhatsApp in ChatDaddy.
Average Reply Rate: Percentage of messages that comes in from reply.
Contacts Tagged: Contacts that are tagged.
Average Team Responds Time: When a new chat comes in and is assigned to a team member, it calculates in seconds/minutes/hours/days/months in average response time for every single teammate.
Tasks Solved: Tasks resolved when a new note is marked as [Resolved].
Tasks Added: When a new note is created in [Inbox].
Orders Received: Orders that are received through integrated shop platforms in ChatDaddy.
Payments Received: The amount of money that is generated from the integrated shop in ChatDaddy.
Message Flows Sent: The total of message flows that are sent to recipients.
Average Message Flow Reply Rate: The percentage of sent to the actual reply rate of those message flows that have been sent.
