- 👉🏻Issue 2:Full message history not presented

- 👉🏻Issue 4: "This message is unavailable"
- 👉🏻Issue 5: Message contains buttons with URL
- 👉🏻Issue 6:About message history on linked devices
- 👉🏻Issue 7: Updated contact name does not sync with ChatDaddy
- Other Reasons:
👉🏻Issue 1:First Message not being seen
- Users will report the first messages cannot be seen on Chatdaddy, they will attach a photo showing ‘waiting for this message, This may take a while.
✍🏻Cause: WhatsApp Side✅ 🤖Solution: WhatsApp will auto-correct error within an unknown time period (usually under 24 hours)
👉🏻Issue 2:Full message history not presented
- The entire message history for multi-device connection is not supported by WhatsApp
- Some chats may have more history than other chats, WA Web may have more or less history for some chats — it’s very flaky

👉🏻Issue 4: "This message is unavailable"
- Users sent new messages but were shown as “This message is unavailable”, the recipient can see the content but not the users.

👉🏻Issue 5: Message contains buttons with URL
- Users send a message that contains buttons with URL that is not able to receive by some Android/iPhone users
✍🏻Cause: WhatsApp Side✅ 🤖Solution: Paste the link into the message flow/template and you’ll be able to send it out to recipients and they’ll be able to receive it as well-
👉🏻Issue 6:About message history on linked devices
About: Right after you link a device, your phone sends an end-to-end encrypted copy of your most recent message history to your newly linked device, where it’s stored locally. Depending on the number of messages in your chats, it can take a few minutes for your message history to appear on linked devices.
- The user cannot view message history
- ✍🏻Reason: WhatsApp Side✅ 🤖Solution: You can try to backup chat on your WhatsApp phone and see if the contact's conversation reappears, if not, you can report it to WhatsApp's official 🙏
Notes: Not all messages and chats are synced from your phone to the linked device. WhatsApp Desktop syncs more message history than WhatsApp Web. To view or search your full history, check your phone.
👉🏻Issue 7: Updated contact name does not sync with ChatDaddy
- The contact name isn't updated after users refresh and rescan the QR code.
Example 1: Updated contact name in WhatsApp mobile version-

- ✍🏻Reason: WhatsApp Side✅ 🤖Solution: You may update the name in ChatDaddy by clicking the edit button 👇🏻
Other Reasons:
Chat history cannot be sync
Solution: Ask the client to rescan the QR code
Teammates can’t access tags after unticking and retick the tag
Cause: Teammate’s login status
Solution: Teammate needs to logout/login
The uploaded CSV is garbled, unable to show tags
Cause: Encoding issue from MS Excel
Solution: Ask user to upload to Google Sheets> Download as CSV > Upload directly without opening the file
