How to Broadcast from Flow

Step 1: Hover your cursor over the left Navigation Bar, hover over to “Automation” and click on ”Broadcasts”.

Step 2: Click on “Broadcast From Flow” in the right upper beside the New Broadcast.

Step 3: You will be automatically in here. Users can select a template and click “Use this Flow” or “Create New flow”.

Step 4: You can now build your own flows and click add attachment if you want.

Step 5: After building your own flows, you can now click and “submit for review”.

Step 5: Then it will automatically popup “ Submit Template for Approval” to [Select Channel], [Select Category] and [Select Language]. Click “submit”.
