How to Chat with a Recipient Directly

Step 1: Hover your cursor on the left navigation bar, then hover it to “Automation”, then click on “Keyword Reply”.

Step 2:

Search the Keyword for which you want to see keyword reply details.

Step 3 :

Click on the “Message Condition” column for the selected Keyword.

Step 4:

Keyword Reply details will be visible as a pop-up . Search for particular Phone no. to chat with a recipient directly

Step 5:

Click on the specific Phone No. to chat with.

Step 6:

You’ll go directly in the recipient chat message in Inbox.
